Random Thoughts:

Charlie Sheen has announced that he’s no longer crazy. If he’s comparing himself to the how people act in the primaries, I can understand why he might think that.

The Iowa Caucuses were covered in great detail by the media. Over and over and over. And over. To put things in perspective, the number of people who voted in the Iowa Caucuses was only about 15% higher than the number of people who manage to get tickets or passes to the Superbowl.

Living in the South I periodically have the desire to go outside to mow my lawn this time of year and then call my snowed-in relatives up North to complain.

Imagine working hard all your life and then getting to tell your family that you were selected to be the assistant deputy under-secretary of whatever.

Imagine working hard all your life and then having to tell your family that you were passed over for the position of the assistant deputy under-secretary of whatever.

Who gets to decide the number of items that the Express Lane is limited to?  How much do they get paid to decide?

When you’re watching the news, did you ever wonder if it’s all impromptu or do they script the light hearted banter between stories?
